Trafficmaster today announces an extension of its relationship with Citroen, for standard fit of its Smartnav intelligent navigation system. Following the successful launch the Citroen Relay van with Smartnav, the manufacturer is to offer Smartnav as the standard fit satellite navigation system on its new-look Dispatch van. O ne of the longest- standing joint ventures in the light commercial industry is that between PSA — Peugeot and Citroën’s parent company — and Fiat. Among other products it has resulted in Citroën’s Dispatch, Peugeot’s Expert and Fiat’s Scudo. 1 General information The bodyshell is made of pressed-steel sections, and is available in both three- and five-door Hatchback versions. Most components are welded together, but some use is made of structural adhesives; the front wings are bolted on. 1 General information The suspension is of independent hydropneumatic type. At the front, it comprises a vertically mounted hydraulic suspension strut unit, a lower suspension arm and an anti-roll bar. The suspension cylinders are supplied with hydraulic fluid from the main hydraulic system via the front height corrector which is actuated by the front anti-roll bar.
